Your Arium Collection jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering material defects and production faults from your date of purchase. The prerequisite is that you, as the consumer, have purchased the jewellery at any Arium Collection store or at the Arium Collection Online Shop. A proof of purchase is required to validate your warranty which can be in the form of a copy of the online order confirmation or a purchase receipt.

This warranty is void if the item has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorised service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or a valid proof of purchase is not included.

If covered by the warranty, your item will be repaired free of charge in the first instance and in the event that we cannot repair, will be replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

In case of replacement, Arium Collection cannot guarantee that you will receive the same item of jewellery. If a direct replacement is not available, an item of equal value will be provided based on the purchase price paid.



You may initiate a claim under this warranty by: 

(1) Contacting Customer Service at (65) 8223 9030 or at After contacting you will receive instructions to return your product in its original packaging, within 14 days, along with your receipt or certificate, to Arium Collection’s repair department. You will be responsible for shipping the product and any expenses related to shipping. We recommend shipping the product by certified or registered mail and insuring the product for its retail value. Arium Collection is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of the product during transit.
