Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason, please return your merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Products purchased must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
In the event your item arrives damaged, please keep all boxes and packing materials and immediately contact Customer Service at (65) 8223 9030 for further instructions.
If we accept your return, we will apply your refund, less shipping and handling, to the original form of payment.
If you would prefer an exchange, please let us know and we will send it promptly. If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference. Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g. Federal Express, DHL, EMS) with tracking capabilities.
We will process your return within 7-10* business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You will receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. We do not refund shipping charges.*During peak seasons please allow up to 15 business days for your return to process.
